I’m Captain Paul Nienaltowski and I have been fishing for over 20 years on the Great Lakes, specifically fishing Port Austin. This is my fifteenth year of fishing as a licensed merchant mariner.

My dock is located at the Port Austin village docks (the Port Austin Marina) which is straight north through the four way stop on the northern most end of Port Austin. The parking lot is public and located in front of the Harbor Point condos. The walkway in the middle of this lot will take you to a stairway down to my boat, “Mermaid Alena“.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your fishing charger booking. This deposit reserves your date and time and in non-refundable if you cancel for any reason. If the charter is canceled by the captain due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, you may choose to reschedule (subject to availability) or have your deposit applied to a future booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your charter unless otherwise agreed upon.
